Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering

Welcome to the Department of Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (AEIE). The department is dedicated to imparting strong fundamentals, practical skills, and outcome-based learning in electronics, instrumentation, automation, and emerging technologies. We place strong emphasis on industry-oriented training, internships, projects, and skill development, which significantly enhance the placement prospects of our students in core industries, IT and service sectors, automation, energy, healthcare, and R&D organizations. Regular industry interaction, workshops, and value-added programs prepare students to meet current industrial expectations. With experienced faculty, modern laboratories, active student chapters, and a supportive academic environment, we aim to produce competent, ethical, and employable engineers capable of lifelong learning and professional growth.

Our Mission

  • 1. To provide strong foundation in applied electronics, instrumentation, control system and allied interdisciplinary domains through outcome-based education and effective teaching-learning practice. 2. To develop graduates with the ability to design, analyze, implement and maintain instrumentation and electronics system relevant to industrial automation, process control, energy system and emerging technologies. 3. To promote hands-on learning, research orientation, innovation and use of modern tools including IOT, embedded system, data acquisition and smart instrumentation. 4. To include professional ethics, team work, communication skills, lifelong learning attitude and social responsibility, enabling graduates to contributes effectively to industry and society.
