Our Grievance Redressal System is designed to provide a fair, transparent, and timely mechanism for addressing concerns and complaints from students, faculty, and staff members.

We are committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels heard and respected. The system ensures that all grievances are handled with confidentiality, fairness, and in accordance with institutional policies.

The committee works diligently to investigate, mediate, and resolve issues while maintaining the dignity and rights of all parties involved.

You can file a grievance through our online portal, email, or by visiting our office in person. Provide complete details, supporting documents, and your contact information.

Yes, we maintain strict confidentiality throughout the process. Your identity is protected and information is shared only with relevant committee members on a need-to-know basis.

How long does it take to resolve a grievance?

Most grievances are resolved within 15 working days. Complex cases may take up to 30 days. You will receive regular updates on the status of your complaint.

Can I appeal if I'm not satisfied with the decision?

Yes, you have the right to appeal within 7 days of receiving the decision. Submit your appeal to the higher authority with valid grounds for reconsideration.

What happens if my complaint is found to be false?

Filing false or malicious complaints is a serious offense and may result in disciplinary action. However, genuine complaints filed in good faith are protected even if not substantiated.
